Reproductive Leave for every worker

At some point in their working life, every worker may face a reproductive health issue - whether they are a man, woman, or gender-diverse.

From managing menstrual pain and endometriosis to navigating fertility treatments, menopause, or preventative health care like prostate exams and cervical screenings, these challenges shouldn’t force workers to choose between their health and their income.

Research shows that introducing 10 days of reproductive leave could save the Australian economy $26 billion a year while creating fairer, healthier workplaces for everyone.

Why is this important?

No one should have to work in pain or sacrifice their income to care for their health.

Reproductive leave would allow workers to care for their health without financial stress or fear of discrimination.

Let’s create fairer workplaces for all workers. Sign the petition to call on 10 days of reproductive leave today!
