To: Kellogg's CEO Steve Cahillane
End the two-tier system at Kellogg's!

We, the undersigned, call on the Kellogg's CEO meet with workers and offer a fair deal.
Why is this important?
Workers at the Kellogg's factory in Botany are fighting for a cost-of-living wage increase and the same rights on site.
Kellogg's thinks it's okay to treat one group of workers differently to another.
This two-tier system is disrespectful.
Many of the workers have been at the site for years and take great pride in their work at the 100-year-old factory.
However, the company does not respect them.
All workers want their fair share.
Kellogg’s rakes in a revenue of hundreds of millions of dollars every year, and it has just raised the price of its famous cereals.
Yet the company refuses to make workers a pay offer that recognises their contribution to Kellogg's success.
