End the #CaltexGreed
As you know, NUW members are taking indefinite action after they were threatened with a 15% wage cut.
Caltex has told workers their wages are unsustainable even though union members contributed to the recent $522 million profit surge and the $13.8 million you've been paid.
Your $13.8 million remuneration is unsustainable.
We therefore ask that you accept a wage cut of 15%, taking your remuneration to a much more reasonable $11.8 million each year.
Alternatively, you can take back your threats to cut wages by 15%.

Why is this important?
Caltex's greed is unsustainable. After record profits this year it is unacceptable to threaten workers with a wage cut of 15%.
