National Tertiary Education Union

NTEU is the only union solely representing employees in Australian tertiary education. We are a democratic member organisation run by your colleagues, for you! We have a branch office on campus at every Australian university, so we're never far away. NTEU has over 28,000 members in every Australian university and many other tertiary education providers.

We represent academic, general/professional and research staff, ELICOS/TESOL teachers and staff of research institutes, student unions, university companies, and (in Victoria) TAFE general staff and staff in Adult & Community Education.
