ARVA were the first Australian organisation to sign onto the Gender Identity Bill Of Rights (GIBOR) in the veterinary workplace.
We survey LGBTQIA+ demographics and offer insights to the challenges faced by Rainbow vets in the veterinary profession in Australia.
