When organisations use Non-Disclosure Agreements to require confidentiality from survivors of workplace gendered violence, they cause additional trauma to victim-survivors and prevent meaningful action to address workplace issues.

As workers, we can call on our organisation to become a leader in women's safety at work, by committing to end the practice of requiring workers to sign non-disclosure agreements.
